We take pride in our quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, we will address the issue under the following strict conditions:
Reporting Period: You must notify us at galsojewelry@outlook.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Documentation: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging as evidence.
Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
Upon verification of your claim, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or handling.
Shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
