Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after the order has been shipped for deliveries within the United States and Puerto Rico. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates 

We offer free shipping on all orders of $60.00 or more within the United States and Puerto Rico. For orders under $60.00, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $6.00 applies.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Galso Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Galso Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify, cancel, or reroute the order. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays

Galso Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
